Family Nurse Practitioner
Bachelor's in Nursing (MS), RN license, ANP certification. BLS certification required, along with ambulatory care training
Family Physician
MD degree/residency completion and Delaware medical license are required. Basic life support certification and eligibility for healthcare privileges to local hospitals is also essential.
Family Nurse Practitioner
Master's degree in nursing. RN license & APR license. Clinical training/experience. Basic life support certification
Family Nurse Practitioner
Master's in Nursing or comparable degree, RN/RNP license, and clinical experience are required. Basic life support certification is also a need
Family Physician
MD degree, residency completion, and Delaware medical license. Requires basic life support and eligibility for hospital privileges

High school diploma/GED, Dental Hygiene Program graduate, and current Delaware license are required. Basic life support certification is also needed. Current continuing education & basic life support are also required
Physician Assistant
PA Program Graduate & residency completion. DeCS license & basic life support certification required. Full-time experience in direct primary care is needed
Family Nurse Practitioner
Graduate of nursing school (master's degree req). Current RN license. Basic life support certification. Travel ability
