Job Description
Westside Family Healthcare is seeking Enrollment Specialists to provide access to healthcare and community resources for uninsured individuals in Delaware. The role involves assisting patients with application processes, enrollment assistance, and outreach events, with a focus on financial assistance programs like Medicaid and CHIP. This position is a primary care medical home committed to providing high-quality care within their community.
Requirements
- Provide assistance to WFH patients and consumers.
- Help individuals understand program eligibility criteria.
- Assist with program application completion.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and consumer information.
- Complete timely reports.
- Travel to state-wide outreach events.
