Job Description
This Finance and Investor Relations Associate role focuses on ensuring corporate governance and managing financial aspects of the company. The role involves liquidity management, fundraising, and managing relationships with financial institutions and regulators. Support for treasury, accounting, and banking functions is essential.
Requirements
- Support periodic revision of company policies and guidelines
- Assist in forecasting short-term, medium-term, and long-term company cash requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of short-term and medium-term liquidity management plans
- Analyze money market performance and variances
- Manage and control short-term investments
- Assist with bank guarantee issuance and B/G reporting
- Assist in bank account management and internet banking systems
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and regulators
- Perform petty cash management
