Job Description
This position is responsible for maintenance and repair of customer equipment as assigned. The Service Technician III must have three of the four CFESA certifications and be assigned to the on-call roster, demonstrating leadership capabilities and mentoring other employees.
Requirements
- Adhere to all SAFETY policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair gas, electric, water, refrigeration and steam powered commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customer regarding required repairs and status.
