Job Description
Hospice Aide will provide personal care, supportive services, education, and light household duties in a plan of care developed by the RN. The aide will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and perform various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a CNA in the state of WI
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Ability to read, write, follow written instructions and document care given
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA program)
- One (1) year CNA experience, preferred
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
