Role Overview

Retail Store Manager oversees the operations of one of our retail locations, managing staff, inventory, and finances, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining top talent, managing inventory and finances, developing team selling skills, and promoting company policies.

Requirements

• At least 21 years or older
• Completion of high school degree
• At least 1-2 years of previous manager experience
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays if needed
• Flexible to work 12 hour shifts at times
• Standing for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
