We are looking for a Lead Visual to partner with management and District Visual Manager to execute the store's visual merchandizing and display strategy. The ideal candidate will have effective communication, organization, and leadership skills, as well as proven ability to motivate and influence others.
Requirements
- Lead visual merchandising and display
- Partners with GM/DVM to map, plan and execute floorset timeline targets to drive sales and execute seasonal strategy
- Collaborates with GM and DVM on adaptations/substitutions from directives to account for stores ownership, layout or customer
- Analyzes various reporting to look for opportunities to improve profitability and drive results
- Communicates inventory need to DM and distribution in partnership with GM to increase sell-through and maximize margin (MUU) and profitability
- Partners with GM on associate productivity and performance related to visual standards
- Maintains all visual supplies and signage organization and communicates supply needs to GM
- Partners with GM to ensure effective utilization of payroll and workload planning
- Partners with GM to assess, recognize and motivate talent
- Serves as a learning partner and guide during associate onboarding
- Facilitates visual training and skill building activities as required for visual team
- Models genuine and enthusiastic interest in the customer
- Prioritizes the needs of the customer by connecting available to Design support
- Abides by all safety, security/injury and emergency policy and procedures
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- Maintains an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our People First Philosophy
