Operations Manager

At WillScot, we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our team in driving operational excellence and ensuring the success of our business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving safety, training, and mentoring of Branch Operations Leaders, implementing and assessing Operational Key Performance Indicators and Standard Work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading operations teams in manufacturing environments
• Technical Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
• Experience working in a high-profile role that has frequent contact between various departments, executive leaders, and field management
• Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
• Strong customer presentation and communications skills and experience
