We are seeking a Trial Attorney to join our Medical Malpractice team at Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1300 attorneys in 43 offices throughout the United States.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in NY
- 10+ years trial experience to verdict
- Experience in Medical Malpractice and defense litigation required.
- Nursing home litigation experience is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Legal project management experience is helpful
