Senior General Liability Attorney

Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney with experience in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and/or catastrophic injury. This is a hybrid position with great flexibility.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Texas
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience
• Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client-facing experience preferred
• Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Legal project management experience is helpful
• First chair trial experience a plus
