Job Description
Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to coordinate nursing functions, assess patients, report changes, and provide specialized training. The role involves ensuring quality standards and complying with regulations and policies. Vaccination is encouraged, but not mandatory.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Long-term care
- Registered Nurse in good standing in the State of Connecticut
- Ability to stand for prolonged period of time
- Ability to lift at least 50lb
- Knowledge of Pointclickcare Emar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Multitasking, prioritization, flexible, adaptability, and critical thinking
- CPR certification
- IV certification
