Must have a CT Nurse's Aide Registration and experience in healthcare. Physically able to lift 50lbs and maintain positive relationships
HOUSEKEEPING
Cleaning experience. Willingness to learn and adapt. Customer service skills are vital
CERT NURSE ASST 11-7a
Current TNAA registration is required. Experience in a healthcare setting and with seniors is necessary. Ability to perform physical tasks is also a requirement
3-11 NURSING SUPERVISOR
RN License required. CPR Certification is essential. COVID 19 vaccination is encouraged but not mandatory
Registered Nurse Supervisor ( weekend all shifts)
1+ year experience in long-term care. RN license in CT. Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods
STAFF DEVELOPMENT /INFECTION PREVENTIONIST
RN license required, 3+ years clinical experience, or public health experience. Must be willing to provide consultation to health departments
BUSINESS OFFICE MGR
Coordination of audits, answering vendor questions, participation in meetings, and leading teams. Knowledge of Billing Systems (PCC & RFMS) required
MDS Coordinator or Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator
Previous MDS coordinator experience is required. RAC certification is a plus. Current RN license needed
DIETARY AIDE
Ability to lift 50lbs, prep and serve food, and maintain kitchen cleaning. Kitchen stock maintenance a must
ACTIVITY ASSISTANT
High school diploma preferred. Therapeutic Recreation training is a plus. Excellent communication skills and creativity are key
