BUSINESS OFFICE MGR

The Business Office Manager is responsible for the overall management of the business office, overseeing billing, collections, resident trust accounting, and accounts payable. This role reports directly to the Administrator and requires coordination with other departments to minimize gaps and ensure accurate financial handling. They also manage Medicaid applications and collections.
