Assistant Director, Business Office

The Assistant Director, Business Office oversees the daily operations of the Hospital’s business office functions, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable management. This role develops and implements policies, monitors performance, and leads a team focused on providing a positive patient financial experience. The Director will facilitate process improvement and coaching, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5 years of business office or revenue cycle experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of payer regulations and billing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
