Job Description
Advocare, LLC is seeking an Office Manager to ensure exceptional patient experience through efficient and effective practice management. The role involves managing administrative staff, overseeing billing, budgeting, and interacting with both providers and staff. This position is crucial for maintaining a high standard of care and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain knowledge of outpatient medical practice.
- Manage administrative staff including recruitment, hiring, scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Coordinate scheduling of resources for optimal clinical staff.
- Ensure access to care for patients with guidance on phone calls, appointments, and registration.
- Manage patient flow to ensure a pleasant patient experience.
- Oversee performance reviews and compliance issues.
