Business and Finance Director

The Business/Finance Director provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for the Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry, managing budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the institution’s educational and operational goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
• Experience in monitoring and managing operational budgets
• Demonstrated knowledge of contracts and their development
• History of providing advice on revenue generation and the management and expenditure of funds
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing teams
