Job Description
Reporting to the DVP Business Unit Controller, the Finance Director is responsible for internal controls and accurate financial reporting, while partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives. The Finance Director will develop and implement financial strategies, drive business performance, and provide financial advice and recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including multinational operations and team management.
- Proven track record in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and strategic business partnering.
