Creative Performance Marketer

We're looking for a Creative Performance Marketer who can blend creativity with analytical thinking to conceptualize, design, and execute high-performing marketing campaigns. This role centers on hands-on creation of ad campaigns, visuals, videos, and assets, paired with rigorous A/B testing to optimize performance and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in performance/growth marketing, with demonstrated success in ad production and A/B testing yielding strong ROAS (3x+)
• Proficiency in creative tools (Figma, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Canva) and ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
• Strong skills in copywriting, visual design, and video editing, supported by a portfolio of performance-tested assets
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving creative optimizations
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in team settings
