Job Description
Wing is seeking a Founding Marketer to join M32 Labs, a venture-backed global team, to take a B2B AI startup from 0 to 2M ARR. The role is hands-on, high-velocity execution, and involves building a revenue engine from scratch with a significant budget and total autonomy.
Requirements
- Relentless executor who is tired of corporate red tape
- Ability to build a revenue engine from scratch
- Technical scrappiness, including knowledge of Figma, Canva, Zapier, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools
- Copywriting skills, including understanding of B2B sales psychology
- Ability to work with modern tools, including Clay, Instantly, and Apollo
