Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team at M32 AI. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for leading organic expansion through SEO and CRO mastery. You will own SEO and organic channel ownership, CRO and full-funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing and automation, and growth experimentation and strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on in SEO and CRO within competitive B2B environments
- Proficiency in core tools: GA4/PostHog (analytics), Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC (SEO), Framer (design), campaign managers/automation platforms
- Strong fundamentals in attribution, funnel analytics, and growth modeling
