Job Description
We are seeking an elite Growth Marketing Lead to join M32 AI, a startup within a corporate, to build agentic AI for traditional service businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS through SEO and CRO, with a strong portfolio of case studies showcasing cross-channel growth loops and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience in SEO and CRO within competitive B2B environments
- Proficiency in core tools: GA4/PostHog (analytics), Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC (SEO), Framer (design), campaign managers/automation platforms
- Strong fundamentals in attribution, funnel analytics, and growth modeling
