Job Description
Wing is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join M32 AI, a startup building agentic AI for traditional service businesses. The ideal candidate will lead organic expansion through SEO expertise and CRO mastery, driving scalable user acquisition, conversion uplift, and retention strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience in SEO and CRO within competitive B2B environments
- Proficiency in core tools: GA4/PostHog (analytics), Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC (SEO), Framer (design), campaign managers/automation platforms
- Strong fundamentals in attribution, funnel analytics, and growth modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in team settings
