Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams
- Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their roles
- Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback
- Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, Gsuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones
- Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes
