Wingspan is a fast-growing payroll platform for independent contractors, designed to streamline onboarding, payments, and compliance. They are seeking an Operations Analyst, Payments to manage payments, resolve escalations, and optimize workflows. This role is based in Warsaw, Poland and offers a remote work model.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payment operations, technical troubleshooting, or related fields
- Proven experience in projects from initiation to completion
- Prior experience with reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
