Job Description
The Resident Assistant provides care to residents in a small home environment within Personal Care Homes. They assist with activities of daily living, promote dignity and quality of life, and focus on nutrition, participation in stimulating activities, and care for the residents' environment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 education
- Health Care Aide Certificate
- Certified Food Handler Certificate
- 1-2 years' experience in healthcare
- 1-2 years' experience caring for elderly or disabled clients
