- Partnering with business leadership to provide strategic information-based recommendations

- Collaborating with vendors to ensure integrity, objectives and system configuration
- Collaborating with functional & technical teams and clients to understand implications of data architecture
- Presenting data repository, objects, source systems and data scenarios
- Defining high-level data migration plans
- Knowledge of Data service provider platforms and ensuring end-to-end view
- Oversight of data standards/ reference/ papers for proper governance
- Promoting, guarding and guiding the organization towards common semantics and proper use of metadata
- Collecting, aggregating, matching, consolidating, quality-assuring, persisting and distributing data throughout the organization
- Providing solution of RFPs received from clients and ensuring overall implementation assurance
- Developing direction to manage portfolio of all databases
- Analyzing technology environment, enterprise specifics, client requirements to set collaboration solution
- Providing technical leadership to the implementation of custom solutions
- Defining and understanding current issues and problems and identifying improvements
- Evaluating and recommending solutions to integrate with overall technology ecosystem
- Understanding root cause problem in integrating business and product units
- Validating the solution/ prototype from technology, cost structure and customer differentiation point of view
- Collaborating with sales and delivery leadership teams to identify future needs and requirements
- Tracking industry and application trends and relating these to planning current and future IT needs
- Building enterprise technology environment for data architecture management
- Developing, maintaining and implementing standard patterns for data layers, data stores, data hub & lake and data management processes
- Evaluating all implemented systems to determine their viability in terms of cost effectiveness
- Collecting all structural and non-structural data from different places integrate all the data in one database form
- Working through every stage of data processing
- Building the enterprise conceptual and logical data models for analytics, operational and data mart structures
- Implementing the best security practices across all the data bases
- Strong understanding of activities within primary discipline such as Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management and Data Governance (DG)
- Demonstrating strong experience in Conceptual, Logical and physical database architectures, design patterns, best practices and programming techniques
- Building and maintaining relationships with delivery and practice leadership teams and other key stakeholders
- Defining database physical structure, functional capabilities, security, back-up and recovery specifications
- Developing and establishing relevant technical, business process and overall support metrics
- Monitoring system capabilities and performance
- Integrating new solutions and troubleshooting previously occurred errors
- Managing multiple projects and accurately reporting the status of all major assignments
- Identifying technical, process, structural risks and preparing a risk mitigation plan
- Ensuring quality assurance of all the architecture or design decisions
- Providing technical mitigation support to the delivery teams
- Recommending tools for reuse, automation for improved productivity and reduced cycle times
- Helping the support and integration team for better efficiency and client experience
