The Data Engineer - Snowflake role is responsible for supporting process delivery, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists. The purpose of the role is to ensure daily performance, review performance dashboards, and provide technical support and process guidance to the team.

• 5-8 years of experience in Snowflake Data Engineering
• Review performance dashboards and scores for the team
• Provide technical support and process guidance to the team
• Resolve client queries as per the SLA's defined in the contract
