Java Full Stack Developer

The Java Full Stack Developer will support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Requirements

• Review daily transactions on performance parameters
• Resolve technical escalations
• Develop technical capability within the Production Specialists
• Support team in improving performance parameters
• Record and track queries received and problem-solving steps taken
• Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve client queries
• Develop understanding of process/product for team members
• Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/escalations
• Provide product support and resolution to clients
• Offer alternative solutions to clients
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers
• Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge
• Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialist
• Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities
