Medical Associate

The Medical Associate will provide effective technical support to the process, resolve client issues, and deliver excellent customer service through diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries. The role involves managing customer complaints, providing product support, and maintaining logs and records of all customer queries.

Requirements

• Assessing complaints for proposed MDR reportability
• Following up for additional information and product returns
• Managing events from registration to closure
• Timely escalation of significant events to the Team Lead
• Maintaining logs and records of customer queries
• Offering alternative solutions to clients
