TECHNICAL LEAD L1

The Technical Lead L1 role is responsible for supporting process delivery, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists. The role involves overseeing and supporting process delivery, reviewing daily transactions, and ensuring standard processes and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Snowflake Data Engineering
• Ability to analyze call logs to spot trends and prevent future problems
• Capability to develop and conduct trainings to bridge skill gaps identified by Production Specialists
