Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a technical data specialist (ML Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist)
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks in production environments
• Proven experience deploying analytics and GenAI models into production
• Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark
• Experience with SQL and/or PySpark for data processing and analysis
• Solid knowledge of Python libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, and mlflow
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning (AzureML), particularly for GenAI use cases
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using Airflow and/or Databricks Pipelines
• Strong understanding of DevOps and MLOps practices
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines (preferably using Azure DevOps)
• Experience working across the full development lifecycle, from development to production
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong team player with an analytical, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial mindset
