The Front Desk Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests, handling daily operations, and promoting club programs and events. They must be friendly, cheerful, and eager to help, and make relationships with members and guests.
Requirements
- Make eye contact, smile, and use names when greeting members and guests
- Display a member-first attitude and be a raving fan of WAC
- Work a minimum of two shifts per week
- Maintain cleanliness of club and locker rooms
- Attend department-specific meetings and communicate scheduling requests
- Be available for regular communication with Team Members and Service Manager
- Participate in 90-day review and ongoing Team Member evaluations
- Pursue ongoing personal and professional development and share what you learn with others
- Know Safety Plan and Emergency Action Plan
- Process accurate payments for classes, personal training, massages, and Pro-Shop items
- Promote promotions, programs, and events to increase revenue growth
- Sign up for upcoming programs, activities, and events to increase product knowledge
- Welcome and connect with new members and guests
- Encourage and integrate new members into the club via programs and activities
