Lead HVAC Installer

We are looking for an exceptional Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Wisler Plumbing & Air. As a senior field position, you will be responsible for planning job schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and demonstrating leadership skills to drive organizational success.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in HVAC install
• Strong dedication to client fulfillment at high levels of service
• Tech savvy with most Office 360 programs especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with high-efficiency and communication systems
• Pass a background and pre-employment screening
• Leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills
