Team Lead / Accounting

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional as a Team Lead in Accounting (m/f/d) in full-time for our team at our Berlin location (Lichterfelde-Ost) at the earliest possible time. The team lead will be responsible for independent implementation of rent and WEG accounting, reliable monitoring of rent and house rent payments, and leadership, organization, and further development of the existing accounting team.

What You Will Do

Independent implementation of rent and WEG accounting for a fixed asset portfolio, reliable monitoring of all rent and house rent payments, accounting and booking of incoming invoices, and professional handling of ongoing payment transactions.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g. real estate agent, financial accountant)
• Several years of sound experience in the real estate industry or financial accounting
• First experience in personnel management or the motivation to take over responsibility for a motivated team as a Team Lead
• Practical knowledge of creating WEG annual accounts, business plans, and operating and heating cost accounts (BK/HK)
• Safe handling of common ERP software in the real estate industry, ideally user knowledge in Domus
• Strong soft skills such as communication strength, team player mentality, conflict resolution, and a well-developed process understanding
