Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional as a Team Lead for building management in full-time at our Berlin location. The role involves independent management and care of a fixed building portfolio, preparation and conduct of owner meetings, and professional leadership of a regional team.

Requirements

• Completed training as a real estate agent, a relevant study or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in building management
• Secure and practical knowledge of current building law
• First experience in personnel management or the motivation to take over responsibility for a 9-member team
• Fundamental understanding of common management software, ideally user knowledge of Domus
• Strong soft skills such as excellent communication skills, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness and a high process understanding
