Requirements

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role
• Proven experience delivering AI-generated content for commercial use
• Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows
• Skilled in model training for product or branded imagery
• Strong design sensibility with a proven ability to align AI outputs to specific brand styles
• Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated record of experimentation and successful integration of emerging AI solutions in real-world campaigns
• Exceptional communication skills; comfortable leading discussions on AI-driven concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
