Job Description
Wiz is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team and help customers adopt and use the Wiz platform. The role involves providing expert guidance, driving customer adoption, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
- CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer)
- Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and security considerations associated with them
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
