The India Analyst, Process role involves performing intermediate-level tasks related to the business processes aligned with the employee. This includes maintaining communication with internal customers, resolving invoice issues, and contributing to the production of reports. Success is measured by meeting or exceeding productivity requirements and resolving quality control issues.

Requirements

• Understands business fundamentals and standard operating procedures
• Maintains professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers
• Meets or exceeds individual productivity requirements
• Resolves problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency
• Returns or resolves quality control issues in problem queues
• Generates reports, creates MIS for the related role if advised
• Meets or exceeds individual productivity requirements as laid down by the managers.
