Manages the financial performance and productivity of multiple Operating Units, develops direct reports, and oversees department personnel needs. Implements programs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability, and ensures compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree High School Diploma, GED or two (2) years relevant of work experience
- 5 years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement) in Landfill Operations Management, including at least three years managing a team of two or more individuals
- Must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record throughout the duration of employment in this position
