Senior Backend Developer [C#]

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team in Eindhoven. As a Senior Backend Developer, you'll be part of a cross-functional Scrum team, working alongside fellow developers, Product Owners, and UX Designers. You'll contribute to delivering high-quality backend solutions and play a key role in technical direction and mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with C#/.NET, with a strong focus on backend
• Experience mentoring team members and providing technical guidance
• A solid understanding of software architecture, Clean Code principles, and automated testing
• An Agile mindset and experience working in Scrum teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to balance technical and business needs
• You stay up-to-date on the latest Azure services, such as: Cosmos D.B., Application Insights, Data factory etc
• Strong knowledge of Git, how to configure a deployment pipeline, and enforce coding best practices on pull requests
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and improve
