Job Description
We are looking for a High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner to support the hiring of Support Associates and Grocery Associates in Europe. The role is ideal for someone who is curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow within Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- Hands-on recruitment experience
- Partnering with stakeholders
- Leading end-to-end hiring processes
- Recruiting associates, customer service representatives, or other blue-collar roles
- Fluent communication skills in English, Serbian, and Russian
- Curiosity for data and willingness to use insights to improve hiring outcomes
