Provider Field Representative – Ohio

Wonderschool is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Provider Field Representative to support child care providers across the state of Ohio. This role blends field-based coaching, licensing guidance, business consulting, marketing support, and technical onboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, business consulting, or similar roles
• Experience supporting small business owners, ideally in regulated industries (child care, education, healthcare, etc.)
• Familiarity with business formation processes, financial fundamentals, and compliance requirements
• Experience training non-technical users on software platforms; SaaS onboarding experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of provider interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including live training and facilitation
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Ohio
