Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to enable their clients to become proficient on their Agentic Platform and build AI agent solutions. This role involves technical discovery, solution design, proactive engagement with clients, and thought leadership. Requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and define solution requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions to analyze customers' existing EDI infrastructure, data flows, and integration challenges.
- Lead the technical response to RFPs and RFIs, including solution architecture, integration approach, security, scalability, and compliance details.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer, internal product/engineering teams, and implementation teams during the presales cycle.
- Stay up to date with global EDI standards and integration technologies.
