Senior Backend Platform Engineer

Role Overview

Join our team as a Senior Backend Platform Engineer and improve developer experience by building and maintaining core backend systems. You will work with diverse technologies and collaborate with engineers specializing in backend development, data engineering, and infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Design and develop core backend systems and APIs using Python and other modern asynchronous backend technologies. Implement robust systems for managing account settings in our multi-tenant environments, ensuring strict data isolation and security.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional backend experience
• Proven track record of designing and building complex systems
• Strong experience working within cloud-native environments
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with modern asynchronous frameworks
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• Demonstrated experience onboarding, mentoring, and acting as a technical force multiplier
