Software Engineer

Workplace Options (WPO) is seeking a Software Engineer with 3+ years of.NET experience to design, build, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, mentor developers, and contribute across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Translate business requirements into robust.NET solutions.
• Design and implement backend services using C#,.NET Core/Framework (6/7/8), Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Participate in architecture discussions, applying SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Write clean, tested code; conduct reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Frontend) to deliver end-to-end features.
• Integrate with databases and external APIs.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, cloud deployment (Azure), and microservices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
