Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

Role Overview

Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to build high-quality user experiences for workers and businesses. Lead frontend initiatives from early design through implementation, launch, and iteration.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain complex user-facing features in React and React Native, with a focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability. Help shape frontend architecture, patterns, and best practices as the product and team scale.

• Experience owning features or product areas end-to-end, including technical decision-making
• Comfort collaborating across disciplines, especially with design and backend engineering
• Clear, thoughtful communication and a collaborative mindset
• Interest in mentoring others and raising the overall quality of frontend work
