Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Process Analyst to enhance our operations by connecting the dots between quality assurance, business requirement analysis, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, business analysis, or process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: software testing and QA, requirements analysis, business process analysis, or process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements, along with utilizing automated testing tools and frameworks
