Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Site Manager / Superintendent to be part of our team in West Lafayette, IN. The Semiconductor Construction Project Site Manager is responsible for overall on-site leadership and execution of a greenfield semiconductor facility project.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with significant time on greenfield sites.
- Proven experience on semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing facilities.
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-billion-dollar or multi-phase construction projects.
- Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, process systems, and cleanroom construction.
- Familiarity with semiconductor construction sequencing and tool install interfaces.
- Knowledge of OSHA, building codes, FM Global, and semiconductor facility standards.
- Prior experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager on a semiconductor fab.
- Experience with fast-track, design-build, or EPC delivery models.
- Strong background in modular construction and offsite manufacturing.
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification.
