Job description
WES is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide technical and strategic leadership for the Technology organization. The CTO will define and deliver the technology strategy that aligns with organizational goals and strategic ambitions, supporting current operations and growth plans.
The CTO will lead the development and execution of WES's technology strategy and operating model, partner with executive and senior leadership to understand technology needs, and lead the execution of technology programs and projects.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading or managing technology functions, with progressive responsibility, including prior CTO level experience. They will be able to develop constructive, effective working relationships at all levels of the organization and have a strong commitment to the WES mission and values.
