Backend Java/Spring Boot Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend Java/Spring Boot Developer to join our team. As a Backend Java/Spring Boot Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our backend services using Java and Spring Boot. You will work with a team of experienced engineers to design and implement new features, improve the reliability of our platform, and ensure the quality and performance of our services.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot, implement and test new features related to business processes, data, and system interactions, contribute to the reliability of the platform through testing, observability, error handling, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a specialization in software development, backend, or applied engineering
• Good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, API REST, SQL, and software design principles
• Ability to write readable, structured, and tested code, and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly, ask for help when needed, and progress in a demanding environment
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and explain technical choices simply and constructively
• Mastery of Git, Linux environments, and useful build or test tools
• First experience in a stage, internship, academic or personal project around Java backend will be a strong asset
